Fabrication and Welding

FABRICATION

One offs, wire-work, batch-work, light and heavy fabrications in ferrous and non ferrous materials.

WELDING

Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminium welded, using  Mig,Tig, Oxy – Acetylene and Manual Metal Arc processes. Iron and Aluminum castings repaired.

Powder Coating

We carry out Powdercoating of all types of metals using our large box oven, 2.5M x 2.5M x 6M Long and have a large selection of stock colours available.

Sheet Metal Work

CNC operated press brake for folding sheets and a large opening ideal for accommodating larger jobs. We have various sets of different tooling including some special tools allowing us to accommodate most jobs. The machine is ideal for high accuracy, flexible and demanding applications.

We work alongside our customers to create components and products for various projects including shop fitting, air conditioning components and building products etc.
